Did you know ? The first male range of jeans sold by Blue Bell under Wrangler's brand in 1947 is mainly aimed at cowboys rather than the general public. Wrangler actually means the cowboy dealing with spare horses during cattle's escorts. In order for its jeans to be practical, the rivets used are flat to avoid them catching on the saddles and the bottom of the legs are longer at the back than at the front in order to cover the boots heels. The first style 11MW, is made out of a cloth of 11 oz. It will then lead to a more democratic style : the 13MWZ.
